Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal any time - you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to Free. No cancellation fee.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account, watchlist, and portfolio remain. You lose access to Premium-only features (all symbols, screener, regime filter, alerts, calendars, export). Resubscribe anytime to restore full access.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are pre-tax. EU customers will see applicable VAT added at checkout based on country of residence. Stripe handles this automatically.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes - switch either direction from the billing portal. Monthly to Annual is prorated. Annual to Monthly takes effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
Our Free tier is designed as an extended trial - 5 core symbols with the full seasonality toolkit. We do not offer refunds on Premium charges. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay - processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card data never touches our servers.
